I love this. It somewhat reminds me of the epiphany the young man had with the homeless man in "The Rapture is Already Right In Front of You."  The stones are the least expected part of the serene beauty of the landscape you are in, yet it is they who become the catalyst for a creative idea and open your eyes even wider than they already are.

Nature is everything and she is wise. We should all walk humbly alongside her as when we do, great things are learned and created.

Your life story on a sailboat is also fascinating, Deborah. Have you considered writing a memoir?

Love this piece, and your poem, dear Deborah. It’s so hard to explain that rush of inspiration that happens when a poem or enlightenment drops down on us. May we always recognize those moments💚
